As eStrategy Manager at Carnegie Hall, I focused on strategic digital content for the organization, which included online promotion of hundreds of events each season, with an approach that dovetailed with extensive traditional marketing efforts. During my tenure, we launched an entirely redesigned verison of carnegiehall.org on a new custom content management system which incorporates extensive in-house ticketing and multimedia content. I energized Carnegie Hall’s social media and built their highly targeted online advertising strategy from the ground up, including Google AdWords, Display, YouTube advertising, Facebook advertising, Twitter advertising, and social media contests, which drove increased engagement and online ticket revenue.

After I optimized and grew Carnegie Hall's Google AdWords Grant strategy to consistently utilize the full grant budget for several years (which many organizations are not able to do), the organization qualified for Google's exclusive GrantsPro program. Our metrics surpassed all requirements, and the organization was approved immediately, which resulted in a staggering 400% increase in available granted AdWords budget to use for concert promotion.

I originated and implemented ongoing #CHSelfie campaign through signage in dressing rooms and online efforts. The hashtag has been widely used to share behind-the-scenes photos from artists which included Yannick Nezet-Seguin, Alan Gilbert, Nico Muhly, and Megan Mullally in the first month alone.

I managed collaboration with Improv Everywhere to produce the Conduct Us video which resulted in unprecedented brand exposure and online engagement, as the video received 345,000 views in the first 24 hours (it is now up to nearly 3 million), and was featured all over the internet and mainstream press. This is the first time that Carnegie Hall was linked to a hugely successful viral video, and it was powerful to be part of something that inspired so many, both on the day of the event, and on an ongoing basis as people continue to discover and enjoy the timeless video.

I attended Capital University's Conservatory of Music in Columbus, Ohio, in their unique Music Merchandising program, where I combined traditional music study (classical & jazz piano performance, music theory, music history) with music technology and marketing.

In addition to my work with clients, I create/star in/promote a weekly YouTube cooking show called xoxo cooks. I like biking, gardening, yoga, and pizza.
